I would say mutual funds. Mutual funds are basically baskets that contain a lot of stocks. You don't actually buy stocks, but rather a piece of the value of that basket of stocks. Most mutual funds are run by professionals and solid ones make good returns. The utility market is huge right now, try to find a fund that works in utilities.
Stocks are ok too, but make sure you do research and some fundemental analysis or it will be easy to buy high and sell low. If you are emotional person, stocks may not be the way to go if you can't keep your emotions in check.
Real estate does not provide as good of returns as what a lot of people think it does because of all the expense of owning real estate (property taxes, utilities, ect).

What the Heck is a Flow Diagram Anyway?
A flow diagram is a representation, usually visual, of a particular type of data through a system. Flow diagrams can also be used for the visualization of data processing. Usually, there are several forms of general flow diagrams: Data flow diagrams, graphical flow diagrams, and process diagrams. Often the descriptions and uses of the diagrams are used interchangeably, although technically speaking there may be very slight differences, they are usually minute and semantic in nature. The usual determinant is that if a user is using either text or graphics to lay out a step by step procedure or process, it will be shown to come under one of the above categories.
Data flow diagrams often use graphics to show the flow of information, or data, through a system. Graphical representations are usually much easier to follow for many users, who are used to the point and click nature of computers. A lesson of a graphical representation would be a very popular representation known as a Mind Map. Mind Maps have been used for a number of years, and their use has become huge with the advent of Mind map software programs. Mind Maps are a unique fusion of both text and graphics in highly memorable ways, and are used most frequently for secondary and college students, as well as business data flow diagrams.
Flow diagrams are used throughout many fields and industries, most often those with a scientific or engineering predilection. Many highly technical fields teach users in these fields the use of flow processes to organize and systematize their thought processes.
Medical uses of flow processes or diagrams include medical software to patient throughput to disease process progression. Often these are true data flow diagrams, as opposed to the sole graphical representations used in other fields. Flow process diagrams have helped tremendously in the progression and treatment of diseases and patient care, as well as the formulation of current protocols, billing procedures, etc.
Information system flow diagrams are usually comprised of either text or graphics, or a combination of the two. They most often show the flow of data through a closed information system, i.e. a computer system network or work flow process, say a telephone call routing system. Many users of flow processes use them on a daily basis, including network workers, internet commerce technicians, and website designers and marketers.
The military/industrial complex is another very large group of users that has reaped the benefits of using process diagrams. A plethora of military training and field manuals identify procedures and protocols with text and graphic representations to show the needy researcher, in a step-by-step manner, the quickest and most efficient route to perform a particular task.
Although there are many terms and acronyms for specific types process diagrams today, computer software has become the behemoth that has assisted in the exponential growth of flow data diagrams. What used to take a user many hours of production time, re-writes for changes in processes, etc, in the past, has come down to the point where one knowledgeable user with the right software can come up with a complete flow diagram which is highly professional and attractive, in an afternoon.. Process flow diagrams have been used extensively for a number of years in many fields and technical disciplines, and with the advent and common availability of flow process software, this usage will only grow exponentially.

Guitar Inlay: Beautiful And Useful
There are lots of reasons that people opt to learn to play the guitar rather than another instrument. It may have to do with a preference for country music over that of orchestras. They may be drawn to the potential volume of the electric guitar or the portability of its acoustic cousin. Or maybe they just think guitars look cool. Yes, ever since they first became "sexy" via the genre of rock and roll (thank you Elvis Presley), guitars have had a certain element of "coolness" that is simply unattainable with many other instruments. Additionally, guitars have a fair amount of potential when it comes to visual elements, or inlay. Such decoration is set into the exterior wood of the instrument and can be located almost anywhere, including the fingerboard, headstock and around the sound hole.
In recent years, simple guitar inlay is often done in plastic. On some low-end guitars, inlay isn't really inlay at all; it is simply painted designs. However, vintage instruments and modern ones of high quality often have inlays of mother of pearl, abalone, ivory, colored wood or other exotic and beautiful materials. In an interesting adaptation, LEDs and optical fiber inlays have become popular with some rock musicians in recent years. The advantage with such inlays is that they allow the guitarist to see the fingerboard under dark conditions, such as dimly lit gigs.
Inlay found on the fingerboard of a guitar (also known as the "fretboard") actually serves a dual purpose, at least in many cases. Designs located here are used not only as decorations, but as indicators to the guitarists as to which fret is which. The inlay usually takes the form of pips, which can be in a variety of shapes. The dot is the most common and the easiest to produce, but diamonds, parallelograms, trapezoids, large squares and even creative designs like lightning bolts and "shark fins." Interestingly, distinctions have evolved among some major guitar manufacturers that dictate what shapes of pips shall be used. For example, while one producer uses dots, another uses isosceles trapezoids.
In addition to the inlay of the fingerboard, decorations on the headstock are also common. The headstock, sometimes called the "peghead," is the bulbous portion of the guitar at the end of the neck. One common pattern of inlay is the manufacturer's logo. This is often found on a guitar's headstock and is sometimes accompanied by an abstract shape or design. The logo is also often inlaid into the instrument's pickguard, if one is present.
Finally, inlay around an acoustic guitar's sound hole (electric guitars lack sound holes) is very common, although it can vary considerably in complexity. Often, more high-end guitars will boast more elaborate decorative inlay schemes. In such instances, the inlay can cover the sides and back of the instrument in addition to the area around the sound hole. On limited edition and custom-made guitars, the inlay can cover the entire guitar. Such guitars are often works of visual art in their own right in addition to being high-quality musical instruments.

In order to meet the needs of construction workers, steel toe boots are often the number one choice for industrial footwear. Let us take a look at why that is so.
Support And Protection - Getting The Right Fit
Like any other piece of personal protective equipment, steel toe boots have to be sized properly in order to provide the maximum benefit.
